Another project from Scheirman & Cruz Property Holdings Inc.turned out to be condominium development after its succesful ventures in community shopping malls and hotels. One of this projects is One Katipunan Residences which is located in 269 Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City at the corner of Aurora Boulevard and in front of St. Bridget’s school and in short distance from schools such as Ateneo De Manila University (ADMU) , Miriam College (MC) and the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD).
Plans and construction started in the second quarter of 2016. The condominium which boasts of its strategic location near the corner of Aurora Boulevard and Esteban Abada street are mere steps away from two of the prestigious schools Ateneo and Miriam. A jeepney ride is recommended if headed to the University of the Philippines and to the Ayala-owned shopping mall UP town center. It is also a short walk from the LRT-2 Katipunan Avenue station which runs from Santolan to Claro M. Recto near the University belt of Manila.
One Katipunan Residences will feature an Italian-inspired high-rise architectural structure and will be composed of 28 floors with 12 units occupying each floor. “We also offer commercial units.” Arnold Aguilar, one of the senior sales manager of the One Katipunan said in an email. Their prices for commercial units starts from 5 million and ideal and the perfect spot for salons, spa, dental clinics, tutorial centers and café or hang-out places.
The condominium ground-breaking ceremony was held on the 24th of October last year while the demolition and excavation started on the first quarter of the year.
Their unit fees ranges from 9-18 thousand every month for the one bedroom and two bedroom . One Katipunan Residences’ office and model unit are open for viewing to the general public by appointment or during weekends. Their showroom is located at the Golan Arcade , 2nd floor above Mini Stop beside Sm Blue Residences along Katipunan Avenue.
